Shipping Policies 

Our current turnaround time is 18-22 business days which excludes holidays and weekends, we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.  

PLEASE NOTE: During the holidays Imaginationink02 experiences a high volume of orders and the shipping process can be subject to change. Potential Delays may happen due to holidays arriving. Also, there may be delays due to the USPS Postal Service, carrier may not scan the label properly please allow a week for the label to show tracking information. 

Once Orders are dropped off at the post office, please allow additional days to be in transit for delivery by the USPS. We will notify you if a shipment is delayed through our Instagram stories, email, or Instagram messages. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard first-class shipping DOES NOT Include package warranty by the USPS. This means that Imaginationink02 is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and file a claim at 1(800) 275-8777 or visit www.USPS.com to file a claim. 

All our orders are shipped through USPS.
